This multicache starts near the final location of one of my now archived puzzles. I felt like this area would work much better with a multicache and hopefully you will see why.
This cache will take you along the Juno Trail to Casperson Park at the other end. For this cache, you will need to know how to project waypoints with you GPSr.
At Stage 2, you will find four distinct numbers in a vertical line. Designate these numbers, from top to bottom, A,B,C, and D. Project a waypoint 0.[D-B+C-A][D/2+B] miles at a bearing of [2][A][C-2] degrees. Each set of brackets represents a distinct number, NOT multiplication.
At Stage 3, you will find a sign split in half. Multiply the number of words on the left side by the number of words on the right side. Call that number N. The next stage is at N44 39.(N+667) W093 17.(N+49)
-This cache requires a significant, yet rather easy, hike of a few miles.
-This trail is fantastic for walking, running, biking, and rollerblading, so choose whatever method of transportation you like best.
-This is a great trail to take the kids on if they don't mind the distance.
-Stealth will be especially necessary at two of the stages as the locations are very exposed.
-This cache is not meant to be extrememly difficult. The 3 is for the number of stages and the many different methods used to get from stage to stage. The hope is that this be used as a nice family walk in the park.
One final note: Though most of this cache is a terrain of 1 along a bike trail, the final cache is in a patch of woods that has ticks and thorns. If you go around the woods and come in from the back, it will be much less trecherous. Enjoy!!!!
