Geocache Description:



Koordinaterna ovan tar dig till en plats på en stig. 50 meter därifrån längs stigen finns en gran med styltrötter, se bilden. Styltrötterna lär uppstå när ett granfrö gror på en granstubbe och tar näring från den. När stubben till slut ruttnat bort finns styltrötterna kvar.

Gå till granen på bilden. Cachen finns cirka 30 meter österut därifrån. Stega från granen, gps-mottagningen är dålig.

The given coordinates will take you to a footpath. 50 meters away along the path you will find a spruce with stilt roots. See the picture. These roots form when a spruce seed grows on a spruce stump. When the stump has gone rotten the stilt roots remain.

Go to the spruce on the picture. The cache is about 30 m to the east. Count steps from the spruce, the gps reception is bad here.

Edit 2013 May 13: Granen är nersågad men stubben finns kvar och vi hoppas det fortfarande går att logga.
The spruce has been cut down, but the stump is still there. Good luck!
