A easy roadside cache on the way to the Shirley Plantation. Virginia's oldest plantation, it started in 1613 and is a working plantation, a private family home, and a National Historic Landmark.
Belated congratulations to Dancing Angel on the cursed FTF!
This is a cursed cache for all First to Finder's out there. If you are the FTF for a cache in this series, you are cursed with the obligation to place another "The Curse of the FTF" cache and therefore extending the series.
This concept is in play up in Fredericksburg, and they have a strong series running; let's keep ours to the south to avoid any confusion.
Guidelines for this series are:
-FTF'er should place the next cache in the series (The Curse of the FTF #) within 2 months.
-Otherwise the curse will prevent you from ever getting another FTF again!!! HA HA!!
-You can only be a FTF for this series once. This spreads the FTF love around, and gives others a chance to play along.
-Cache can be any type of cache (Puzzle, Multi, etc.).
You must include this set of guidelines in your listing for the series, and include the list of all who have been cursed before you.

The cache itself is a small L&L container with a few trade items in it. Watch out for the poison ivy mixed in with the honeysuckle, but you don't have to get near it to find or retrieve the cache.
