Geocache Description:

This cache is part of a series of mystery caches. Along the way you will need to collect information that is in each cache under the lid or in the log book/sheet this is needed to locate the final cache in the series. There is too much information in some of the puzzles but not all of it should be disregarded.

Hi Pete

How have you been lately? We haven’t had a chance to get that Coffea Arabica yet although I do prefer the Coffea congensis as you know.

I think I will take your advice and get away for a holiday. But I can’t decide where to go I do like looking at gardens and the different genus and species so I was thinking of one of those garden tours that the travel agent in town is offering. But they only take you to the more formal gardens I want to see the real world so I might just head North to start with then I might go West for a while and see where I end up.

I will be gone for 8 - 10 weeks so I will take you up on your offer to look after my garden and you can finish the planting for it me. As I don’t think that I will get time to get it done before I go.

I went to the nursery last week to look at some plants I was going to use exotic plants like Choisyna ternate, Ostrya carpinifolia and Hosta lancifolia but some of them had purple spots on their leaves, I think that is a deficiency of some sort, so I think I will go with Eucalyptus, Grevillea and Melaleuca for the courtyard.

I know that you don’t think it’s a courtyard because it isn’t square, it’s an L shape and according to Wikipedia a courtyard is “an enclosed area, often a space enclosed by a building that is open to the sky”. So even if it is an L shape on the south eastern side of the house it doesn’t matter it is a courtyard.

I have written down a list of natives that I liked the look of. I will leave the selection up to you, just remember that I only want one of each planted in each garden bed and don’t put the same in each bed. I’m sure you will get it right.

I know that you would rather be geocaching then doing my garden. So I have placed some caches for you to do while I’m away. If you get the planting right then you will find the first cache.

I’m leaving tomorrow and I’m not taking my laptop with as its still getting repaired. So it will have to be snail mail to keep in touch.

Anyway time to mosey off to bed now now.

Cheers

Trav.

After Swampy's log I should point out that there is no need to step off the track, to the edge yes.
