Off the Ouachita trail, just inside the Pinnacle SP boundary.
The Ouachita Trail runs 200+ miles from Talimena SP in OK to Pinnacle SP in AR. This cache is within a few miles of the end and is within the Pinnacle SP boundary. Pinnacle East trailhead is the best starting point. You are looking for an ammo box placed in an area strewn with rocks, somewhat off of the trail. Pinnacle SP Permit # 052808.
(This cache was originally a smallish rubbermain container, but it was partially melted in a contolled burn of the area around March 1, 2009. The logbook and contents were transfered to an ammo box on March 22, 2009.)
