Geocache Description:

My first cache.

It is in a little used East Side Park. The Park has a great sliding hill, so the park gets a lot kids in the winter. Lots of Army swag, plus other stuff.
For the FTF there is a Operation Desert Shield-Storm Coin.
Wheelchair's would be hard because of the hills.
