Geocache Description:

"Down the Lane" are cemetery caches we've placed that are off the beaten path.
They are not located on, or possibly even visible from, paved roads.
As these locations may have dirt or grass entrances, their conditions can be affected by weather.

We hope you have fun tracking these hidden gems! :)

History on this small cemetery has been difficult to find. All we have found so far is that it is commonly known as Glore Cemetery. It has also been known as Hughes Cemetery and Goldberg Cemetery. Normally, cemeteries such as this are named after the landowner who donated the land. So, either "Glore" or "Goldberg" owned this land at the time. With 80% of the grave markers having the name "Hughes", we can at least assume that's the name which it was known as by the locals.

If anyone has more information on this location or interesting history on the people residing here, please pass it along. We'll happily include it :)
