Ko Phi Phi – Viewpoint
This is the first cache on the fantastic island Ko Phi Phi.
The island got famous after the film „The Beach“ with Leonardo Di Caprio, which was filmed here. It has gorgeous beaches with white sand and clear blue water.
We placed it at its highest accessible point. The Viewpoint is 186 meters higher than the sea levels average and at this point you´ll have a great view over the island with its landbridge. Furthermore you can see sunrise and sunset from this point!!
The best view to take pictures is in the morning.
Sunrise you can see: April – November at 06:00-06:30 am December – March at 06:30-07:00 am
Sunset you can see: February – July at 18:00-18:45 pm August – January at 18:00-18:30 pm
It’s a plastic box with enough space for TB´s and coins.
P.S. on your way up, you should make a stop at the viewpoint 1 (here you have reached the middle of the way up), there you can often see monkeys!
