I placed this cache to put in a area that was previously missed. I
am trying to cover our Quincy Valley with some new caches in areas
that are outside of town. This is also my first attempt at a puzzle
cache. I have another 1-2 in the works...but I want to see how this
one goes over first....so in the process, I wanted to do some sort
of history lesson while I was at it. Since everyone out in the
Basin has Grand Coulee to thank for our way of living...I figured
