Geocache Description:

L.U.R.E.: Letterboxes, Under Represented Entertainment

This is the first of hopefully a series of Letterboxes that are slightly different from the norm. They will contain interesting containers, stamps, places or just weird things. Letterboxes are an interesting category of caches that can be anything as long as it has a stamp (and enough GPSr usage). If you enjoyed this, go put out a letterbox, just please don't steal my acronym.

The posted coordinates will take you to a bench in the middle of the pasture. Farmer Doug MacDonald sits here and looks upon his flock. His flock contains dogs, sheep and cows. I sat down with him tonight and he told me about his hidden treasure. He hid it as he feared that it would get taken while he was in the field. As he has some memory trouble, so he used his animals to help him remember where the treasure is.

The cache is located at:
N39 53.ABC W75 14.DEE

A = Number of Sheep + Number of Plain Benches
B = Number of Cows - Number of Plain Benches - Number of Plain Benches– 3
C = Number of Dogs
D = Number of Sheep + Number of Cows - Number of Plain Benches
E = Number of Sheep + Number of Cows

The treasure should be no more than 250 feet from the posted location.

Good luck and be careful of cowpies!

This cache contains trade items, a logbook, a stamp and a caching informational sheet.
