This cache has been archived.

Team Ginger: It's been 14 years and 212 finds later... wow! - a very good run!
Unfortunately, I cannot maintain this cache anymore and it is therefore better to let it go. 😐

Geocache Description:

This cache was originally placed for the "Keepers of the Cache" Event - hosted by CrystalFairy, Team Ginger & Sh0w Me The Cache - May 2008.

This cache is located on the grounds of a very old church. The original building (1868) stood in Pietermaritzburg and was known as 'St Saviour's Cathedral'. It was (or parts of it) later moved here to Midrand and is today the gathering place of a Prysbetarian Congregation.

Read more about the history of this beautiful building here: (visit link)

Feel free to wander about the grounds and enjoy the peacefulness. Please consider your movement, actions and noise levels during service times on Sundays.

The cache is a waterproof micro container which holds the log sheet. Please bring your own writing implement and cover the cache as you found it, before leaving.
