The last cache of IB777's Pipe-series is hidden to commemorate and honor geocacher Ivar Brok [IB777]. Ivar died on 24th of May 2008 in military hospital of Kandahar, Afghanistan due to consequences of a tragic accident the day before.
To get familiar with Ivar's lifework in geocaching, the memorial cache has been hidden in arithmetic mean (= mathematical expectation = expected value) of all his caches' starting/zero coordinates. Ivar Brok's ten hidden caches:

NB! In www.geocahing.com some zero coordinates of these caches might vary from the ones used in a mystery as these have been taken from Estonian site www.geopeitus.ee. This is why the links after the cache's name link to Estonian geocahing site (in Estonian only). Please check the coordinates from www.geopeitus.ee -> In English -> Cache list (Aarded) -> seek for the names in Estonian (Ctrl+F).
The cache is placed - like the names says - in a pipe, approximately 82 meters from mean sea level, beside big fallen tree and "X" (since 2015 more like "Y") does mark the exact spot.
It's more difficult to seek it with snow, but one must still not dig or root the area.

Toru-seeria viimane aare sai peidetud aktiivse geopeituri vanemveebel Ivar Brok’i [ib777] auks ja mälestuseks. Ivar suri traagilise õnnetuse tagajärjel 24. mail 2008 Afganistanis, Kandahari sõjaväehospidalis.
Selleks, et varalahkunud Ivari geopeituse elutööd lähemalt tutvustada, on mälestusaare peidetud tema kõigi aarete algkoordinaatide aritmeetiliselt keskmistatud koordinaatidele. Korrektse arvutuse saab formaadis DD.DDDD, L-Est enda omapära tõttu ei sobi.

Aare asub - nagu nimigi ütleb - torus, u. 82 m kõrgusel merepinnast, suure mahalangenud puutüve kõrval, millel "X" (alates 2015 pigem "Y") õiget kohta tähistab. Lumega on seda raskem leida, kuid tuhnida ega kaevata pole sellegipoolest vaja.
