A decon box and a fantastic view.
This area is pretty devoid of everything, except for great views of the hills and valleys. The cache will be an easy find and though it's a small container it does contain a pen. Make sure to bring a camera.
As always, have respect for the area and the people who rest here. There are no posted hours, which would lead me to assume you would probably be safe caching at night, but I'd advise against it. No turning over of gravestones or any other related actions are necessary.
