I love these hidden waterfalls!
I have raised the difficulty rating because we are having a huge storm dumping snow in this area, it probably will only be reached (if at all) by 4WD until spring (or if like this year, summer).
Since sometimes it takes so long for them to open the road to the top, I have this one at the 10 mile mark.
They have cleared away the fallen trees along the path, so I brought the terrain rating down a little bit. The last 30 feet are a little scramble, so I left it at a 2.
