Geocache Description:

A Micro located on the South Shores of Wyandotte County Lake. Beware of poison ivy around the cache site.

I found this as another scenic spot at Wyandotte County Lake. This is a very popular spot for the Geese and there plenty to do nearby here, like the real awesome playground area right across the street from here. This area also provides another spectacular view of WYCO Lake. During periods of low water you can also see remaints of old Kansas (Sawblade) Highway 5 going into Wyandotte County Lake.

The spot where the cache is at may be occupied by muggles. If this is the case simply try again later. you can spend that time walk around the area or checking out an old Bridge to the south of there behind where the Tennis Courts used to be.

Park Info of the area of the Cache:
The Park Hours are from 6 AM (7 AM in Winter) to 12 Midnight
The loop road which the Cache is along, is usually open during those hours except when there been a major snowfall or ice on the road then this area of the park may be blocked off to traffic.
