The Potter just increased his land holdings with Ranch #2. It is located approximately one mile from The Sun Tunnels.
In walking the property, I noticed many "critter" homes, so please be careful as you walk--there are some good sized holes scattered around!
The cache is in a small sized ammo box, and contains the following:
