I-24 Series
The T-A-B (There And Back) caches is a series of caches placed at exits of Interstate 24 that runs from Chattanooga, TN to Marion, IL. This 316 miles long interstate which pass through 4 different states (Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky and Illinois) is a link between the South East and the Midwest. This series is inspired by the previous interstate series that have been done in the region: LTL on I-40 in Tennessee, JOE on I-81 in Tennessee and Virginia, IPTS on I-75 in Tennessee, CAC in Arkansas, ROAR on I-65 in Tennessee). Hopefully every exit on I-24 will have its cache in the future !!!
This cache is located at exit 97 (Bell Buckle).
Geowoodstock came back to Tennessee on May 23rd, 2009. More precisely in the town of Bell Buckle, which is down the road from where this cache is. When I learned about the news of Geowoodstock being in the area I decided to place this cache in honor of what would be my first Geowoodstock I would attend, which happens to be a few miles from home. I got to attend Geowoodstock, and I had a blast, really for the next one I get to attend.
This cache was also on the way for cachers who attended this event on May 2009, and will remain here afterwards. Decided to integrate it to my T-A-B series for Exit 97.
