Micro cache located near a roadside shrine.
PLEASE NOTE, IT IS NOT IN NOR ON THE SHRINES
I have waited 4 or 5 years to place this cache to permit the memory of the event to fade somewhat.
A group of 4 high school seniors where on their way to Medina Lake to practice their parts in the senior play when the driver, for some unkown reason pulled out to pass another car just as he was approaching a curve.
They were involved in a head on collision with an oncoming pick-up truck resulting in fatal results for all persons involved.
The state DOT has permitted the two small shrines which have been placed here to remain in place.
This cache is placed here in respect for their memories and unfulfilled lives.
