After so many local (and not so local) cachers have grabbed Night-Hawk's HOOTERS (GC11EBV) since it was placed well over a year ago, I thought it might be appropriate to place one for him as an obvious TEMPTATION.
This cache has an attitude and will be open to your votes for one month after Night-Hawk has had the timerity to log it as found.
It's an ABC (Another Brainless Cache) placement that geocaching.com won't allow me to rate it as a 0.5 difficulty - but I'll give it a 1.5 terrain rating, as the surrounding grass is only occasionally cut.
As the infamous Night-Hawk is in the midst of a cache-a-day streak (and has just returned from GWVI) we can safely assume that his streaking activities have polluted the coast-to-coast realm of the USA. Even the lamest visualization of this would cause:
Grown men to weep
Mature females to swoon
Impressionable children to suffer lingering nightmares
damnedrodan to do serious re-writes of most of his stories
Gosh, Toto, we're not in Kansas any more.
Once Night-Hawk has logged this one as found, y'all will be able to continue to seek this simple devil. Now the fun starts: Everyone who has found this easy PNG will have an opportunity to cast a vote (after all, this is an election year) and voice your opinion regarding Night-Hawk's logged find of this cache:

My sincere hope is that option (C) will be the vote of choice! All votes sent to the cache's owner will be tabulated implementing a very sophisticated methodology (vote selection X number of caches found at your time of voting) and presented on this cache page as the final entry. And, YES, Mr. Night-Hawk will be allowed to vote - 'cept his multiplier factor will be the square root of his caches found at the time of voting. Fer sure, can't have a Global Top 100 cacher swaying the ballot box!
