~~The Mission~~
To get the cache you add the year that Spencer, New York incorporated to both N42 -6.273 and W076. +10.401. To add the year, use the first two digits of the year before the period, the last two after the period.
An example if the year was 2008. It would be 20.08 would be added to -6.273 which would give you 13.807. You also have to do this to W076. +10.401
*Note that, the N42 -.6.273, is negative. If you use it positive, in your math, you will get the wrong coordinates.
Hint: The Incorporated year has two digits with the same numbers in it and is between 1850 to 1900.
~~The Surroundings~~
The cache sits outside of a historical building in the village of Spencer, New York. This area can be over populated with muggles at times.
~~The Cache~~
Geocaching classified as micro. The container is a black, quarter inch tube by three inches long. (May need tweezers to assist is removing the log) No room to trade, so please bring something to write with..

There is parking within easy walking distance. (Less the 500ft)
