Geocache Description:

We try to lead by example. This cache was placed to encourage others to get out and walk. It has been placed to encourage more people to do as we did and walk the length of the Southern Upland Way between Traquair and Yair. See link This cache can be combined with 'The Four Sisters' and 'The Mouse Trap' also placed along this route.

To find and log this cache requires you to be a - Successful Learner - you have shown that you can use basic map reading and IT skills and also use of your GPS. You can tie your shoe laces. Confident Individual - you can leave the street lights and and well trodden pavements behind and have the confidence to venture out into the hills. Responsible Citizen - you can always be relied upon to take home your litter and cause no harm to the environment.
