Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the new Howell Branch Preserve Park, in Winter Park. Bring the kid's as it has a very nice place for them to play and an open grassy area to play frisbee or catch. You can also get a work out in, because it has exercise stations and a paved walkway.

It's high time that Winter Park got it's own TB residence. Since there is a new park and condos behind it, I thought the name was very appropriate! Please only enter through the park and during daylight hours (park hours are 8:00am-sunset). There is a potential for muggles, so please, please watch for them and hide it better than you found it!

I would prefer that if you take a trackable item, that you please leave a trackable item AND MOST IMPORTANTLY...DON'T FORGET TO LOG THEM! There is nothing worse than to show up to a TB condo and find that no one is home! But if you don't have a trackable item to swap but can move a trackable item to accomplish its mission, then feel free to take it.
