Bye Bye Birding Traditional Cache

Poor Conrad Island. Once a proud 23 acres, it has been eroded by boat wakes to a mere half acre, split into several little pieces.
The birds seem to like the place, though. As I approached the island to place the cache I saw a bald eagle, two ospreys and a bunch of cormorants. Their nesting places are not on the island, but judging by the number of half-eaten fish and the quantity of bird poop in the vicinity of GZ, it seems like they enjoy the island as a spot for snacks. I love this area in the early morning, when the birds are out in force.
Note that this is currently *log only* - bring your own pen. The new container will not hold any sort of writing implement. Please place the cache back as found.
