Cache is small and holds log and pencil and a few smaller trade items. FTF special Eisenhower $ Coin.
Permission was given to place this cache by Oregon City Council and Mayor.
Still a major fire hazard (smoking) so use of a (C)ache Tray would be better than throwing a cigarette out the window. However, if you do it might be a good sign you need a Fire Department.
