This cache is the first in what will be a series of Midland Memories caches, exploring former businesses in the Tall City
Hank's Superette was around for most of my childhood. I can fondly remember walking home from Sam Houston elementary, and stopping by Hank's for Dr. Pepper and a brand new product called Nacho Cheese Doritos.
Hank's had much more than that. Meat, produce, dairy...it was a true rarity and many people were disappointed when it shut down.
The front door to Hank's is now the back door of Stadium Sports.
