Congratulations go to Debjoey on the FTF
This is dedicated to the Chester-Bridgeport Ferry. People needed a
way to get across the delaware river without having to take the
long ride up north to the bridges. So on July 1,1930 the Chester
-Bridgeport ferry made its first ride across the delaware. There
were around 1000 vehicles that made the crossing on opening day. I
remember crossing in the sixties. The last crossing was on
February 1,1974,the same day the Commodore Barry Bridge opened. For
more facts and pictures on this ferry check out
WWW.oldchesterpa.com. This is a simple micro. Please replace bison
tube inside film canister and replace in hiding spot like you found
it. There is no bushwacking involved. You can drive right up to
this one. There is a cedar Piney token for the FTF.
