Crossroads Traditional Cache
ohjoy!: Wonderful memories. Almost 500 finders over the years. My buddies no longer cache and I no longer visit that area. As a result, I decided it was time to let this one go and was planning on picking it up before archiving.
It is in good condition, and I now know another geocacher who would like to use it "as is" for a new cache after having replaced the log this weekend.

This afternoon I had the privelege of joining Chops1314 and Squarehead to kayak to Chops' wonderful multi-cache, Lundren Pass Multi. (GC1778R)
We had a wonderful paddle and found all parts of the cache in great condition.
After we parted ways, I did a few additional caches as I headed toward home. I got my obligatory DNF, and then I found Mine #45 and spent some time standing at that site soaking in the view.
I started downhill to this three way intersection, wondering if I should go back for a cache down a different road, go right to a cache down that way, or go left, end my caching, and head for home. My crossroads. With beautiful memories of the kayak trip in addition to the view at the last cache, I decided that home sounded pretty good. I had already lived the day exuberantly.
So how to show my appreciation to Chops and Squarehead for providing a kayak for me and joining me on the journey? Why not place a cache for them to find next time they're in the area?
FYI - if you cross their palms with gold, they'll help you get to Lundgren Pass. (ok, if you don't have a boat, you might want to talk to them)
