Geocache Description:

Off highway 101 on the east side. Beautiful wooded area, not wheelchair friendly. Needs trash out assistance.

While driving to Crescent City from Humboldt County, you might need to pull off to the side of the road to just enjoy the beauty of the area. There is a nice bend in the road and to the right on the northbound side is a pull out area near a trail that lies hidden behind some huge redwoods. Due to tree cover your GPS coords may change. We tried to do these cords spot on, but feel free to add your coords if you notice a huge difference.
This is a mid size plastic jar in camo tape. Contents when first hid-
$ 1.00 for first to find. Gold wire box with trinkets for the taking.Pogs, 2 casino coins from East St. Louis,puka shell necklace, mardi gras beads, turtle, raggedy ann pen,orange sparkly mosaic tile, glass globbs, tree of peace necklace,pretty rock. Log book and pencil.
Please hide and cover as found to keep the muggles at bay. Looks like some drivers passing along used this area as a dump site for empty beer bottles- so if you have a bag to haul some trash out that would be great. Enjoy~
