Come and meet fellow cachers at Diversey River Bowl! The location
has a full restaurant with lots of food and a full array of drinks.
Bowling will be available, but people are also free to just hangout
and trade stories and chat. There are a lot of caches in the area,
including one only 300 feet away! We'll be meeting at 6 PM, but
late comers are welcome.
This location is right on the Chicago River. In the past few years,
the Friends of the Chicago River have been working hard to
revitalize the area. We'd like to celebrate the River by planting
several caches along the river walk. We are hoping to publish
several new listings that weekend. We'll be putting raffle and
prize tickets in some of the new caches, too! The monthly
Meetup
Event will be held in Chicago that day, so people are able
to attend both events. All are invited-- any experience level is
welcome! The location is very family friendly, and ample parking
is availble in the free lot. Hope to see you there!
Edited to add: We're up to 8 cachers who will be placing new
caches to be published that weekend! We should have at least 19 new
caches published to celebrate the Chicago River.
