This series of caches is located on Jordan Lake game lands so take precaution especially during hunting season. The best put in is Robeson Creek canoe access located on a NC wildlife protected area, at these coordinates (N35º 42. 42.982 W79º 05. 772), which BTW is not located on Robeson creek, but rather the mouth of the Haw River.
After beaching your craft you will have a fairly steep climb to make, while dodging some large boulders. You are seeking a modified bison tube. Bring your own writing stick.
