A few years back, several of the area merchants got together,
raised some money and had a mural painted on the opposite side of
the building you are standing near. At the time, I was hoping the
old Coca-Cola painting was going to be restored. You could still
see the old Mural painted on the building, even though it was faint
and you could just barely make it out. When the mural was
completed, there was no Coca-Cola sign.
Apparently, I wasn't the only one that was wishing for the old
sign to be restored, cause they have completed another Mural on the
building on the opposite side of the street from the cache. You
should be able to see it easily from this vantage point. The new
Mural shows the Coca-Cola sign as I had envisioned it on the other
building. Sure wish they were still 5 cents.
About the cache: It's a cryo tube laying on the ground.
Well, not laying, more like hidden amongst the mulch.
There is plenty of parking nearby, at certain times of the day.
This is a downtown area, but there is tons more parking less than
100 yards away (Toward "Parking Lot Cache").
