Geocache Description:

While inhaling carbon monoxide and dodging traffic we saw some pretty neat geocachers' license plates passing through on the highway - I think they were all stopping at the same cache. Hopefully it was a good one, if they drove all this way. You know, somewhere where no oleanders are growing, not in a guard rail... some cache that's above all that.

Nah, it's probably some sucky walk-up hidden by some chucklehead.
