Geocache Description:


Well, I got a good deal on bison tubes and 35mm containers in bulk, but what now? I have A LOT of them. I needed just the right spot to open up and it did.
This cache is set up near the far end of the blue trail in Kettletown State Park. You can come in from the cove or walk in from the main entrance. It takes the place of the old Oxford?/Southbury? cache that is gone. My cache is a few hundred feet into the woods, up the hill. I'd turn back now if I were you! Best to try it from the waterside (West side) as its an easy walk from there. Make your way up the hill and the rocks on top but dont go all the way up. You have to find a medium lock& lock hidden in the rocks. It's a very easy find. Once you find it, sit down and look around you. 31' in all directions of you I hid 31 cache themed flavors of ice cream. You dont have to scale the rock face in front of you and nothing is up on top. They are hidden all around you. Some are easy, some are not.Bring tweezers to help get the names out and hide them well again, please. Many of you had an ice cream flavor named for you. You can hunt around and find as many as you please. You dont have to find them all. It might be a lot of fun, the feeling of all those finds without moving very far. You can post a note or a dnf and tell us all how many flavors you found. You can even sign the log and the online log with a note or dnf and make your name into an ice cream flavor. If I like it, I'll use it in one of the hide spots. Have fun. Deep snow will be a problem here but you dont want ice cream in the winter anyway.
Oh yeah. Almost forgot. If you want to get a smile out of this one and credit for a find you have to find the "Duckykanz" flavor and email it to me. Just finding the lock&lock with the log book is not enough. Please dont post hints or clues. Then you can post a smile for a job well done!
