Cache is located in Strabane Park and is easy to get to. ******Wet weather may make it difficult to remove the container, so please be gentle*****.If there is an unexciting baseball game in the park, cache will be nearly impossible to nab without being muggled.
After careful consideration, we decided to place our first cache here in Strabane Park. This park has one of the best baseball diamonds in Flamborough and I used to play and watch games here as a kid and into my high school years. Over the past few years, we have seen the community change with some welcome improvements too. Thanks to the Optomist’s Club, there is a wonderfully lit, .8 km paved trail around the park, allowing you to enjoy the park’s atmosphere day and night.
Spend some time for a walk, jog, bike ride, kid play or even shoot some hoops and don’t forget to read the dedications throughout the park.
Cache is small, but able to hold small travel bug or geocoin.
