This is a P&G in a parking lot.
The cache is payment for an I.O.U.. It is a no-thrills cache and an easy find. The cache location is uncreative and there is no scenic view.
On a postive note, the cache is located near a drinking establishment, so if you want to give us a call, we'll come have a drink with you.
You might have a hard time signing the log with a pen. A pencil is recommended.
