Jerry had just finished a long school year the day before. Now
he wanted some excitement. He wanted an adventure!
Jerry woke up and asked his dad if the could go looking for some
treasure today.
"You bet" his dad said." But only one! We have other places to
go today."
Jerry and his dad went to their GPS, and picked out a cache
nearby, they had previosly loaded. They hopped into thier truck,
with Jerry's baby brother Jacob, and off they went.
"Is it far?" Jerry asked. "No" his dad replied. It took them
less than five minutes to follow thier GPS to ground zero, for the
cache.
They searched for a very long time. "I don't think it is here
anymore" his dad commented. "But I really wanted to find a treasure
today" Jerry cried. "We have other things to do also today" Jerry's
dad said, sympathizing with his son "we will have to check the
computer to see if this one is still here, when we get home."
After many other errands that day, Jerry and his dad looked to
see if the geocache was still there. "No" said his dad "we were
looking for nothing!"
"Can we put one there?" Jerry asked. "Sure" his dad replied
"I'll get the container and you get some treasures, then we will
put one out there?"
Jerry rushed to find some treasures to put in the cache. After
they had all assembled, out they went, to hide thier cache.
Jerry came home tired, after a long first day, after school was
over for the summer.
