Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. Solve the puzzle below to find the correct coordinates for the cache.

Rocky is a very good doggie. He is also an excellent geocacher. His amazing geosense can sniff out caches without even using a GPSr. He has now found 1,000 caches. He was the first finder on over one hundred of them. Never one to shy away from a good challenge, he has also found more than one hundred puzzle caches and over one hundred multi caches. And he did it all in 1,000 days.

His contributions to geocaching are numerous. He hosts CITO events and Ice Cream Socials. He has adopted caches and is always willing to help maintain the ones he finds. He trades fairly and takes out trash. And he is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet on the trail. Good times!

In an effort to recognize those who pass a major milestone there is a local custom of placing commemorative caches. It's just a small way to congratulate local cachers and their efforts. The hide is typically a silver painted ammo can hidden in a nice location. Often, the cacher being honored is given the coordinates before publication so they can be the first to find their cache. Rocky is so good at being first to find that he will likely be the first anyway, so there is no point in giving him a head start. In fact, there is probably no point in giving anyone else a head start either.

Rocky is also one of the most creative cache hiders in the area. He has a unique “good doggie” style, putting a tremendous amount of time and effort into each of his caches. His placements usually involve a clever puzzle, a well crafted container, thoughtful writing, and attention to many little details that tie the whole theme together. And they always involve a great location.

To honor rocky’s milestone achievement I have made a sick attempt to create a cache that emulates that rocky style. Since they are usually classic hides but almost always have a twist to them, I thought it only fitting that there be a puzzle attached to the cache commemorating his milestone achievement. Rocky is known for math problems and word puzzles. To pay proper tribute to “rocky is a very good doggie” you will need to solve a puzzle that combines both. You must divide and conquer.

To find the cache:

This is a long-division problem in which letters are substituted for numbers. Each digit from 0 to 9 is represented by a unique letter. Each digit is used at least once. Solve the problem to determine the value of each letter. Substitute the numbers for the letters in the coordinates below to find where the cache is located.

The cache is located at the following coordinates:
