UPDATE 12/19/2008
I am told by two credible sources that the cell tower has been torn down. One of my sources indicates that she believes that the tower will be rebuilt. The cache is still at the posted coordinates, just wanted to clear up any possible confusion.

I spotted this flag pole, but yet it never seems to have Old Glory flying. Upon closer examination, I realized the flag pole's secret identity. Have no fear, the cache container is nearby but definitely not on the structure. It is in a structure of its own.
