Every February "The Killarney Cup" pond hockey tournament is held here at Killarney Lake. The frozen lake is plowed and scraped and divided into a bunch of rinks and all these crazy people from all over the province get together to freeze their butts off chasing a little black puck back and forth and around and around. (Google it for more info)
There are red noses, bright lights, loud music, sponsors and radio stations, port-a-potties and lots of laughs and smiles.
The husband half of milosheart is a huge hockey fan so this cache is in his honor. He's one of the biggest Montreal Canadiens fans around (I love him anyway!) so some of the original swag/traders are thusly themed. It's hidden off one of the trails close to a fallen tree. It contains the usual logbook, pencils, sharpener, a Mugglestone and some hockey "stuff". Also contains a Canadian (not Canadien) geocoin. Trade hockey themed items if you can (any team will do) but not a requirement.
Enjoy. Go Habs Go!!
***Congrats to QSeekers from Vermont for the FTF!***
