Take a moment and reflect at the gravesite of Calvin "Silent Cal" Coolidge the 30th President of the United States. This site is probably one of the most sublime resting places of any US President. There is no fanfare, no Presidential library, no grandiose gravestone marking the site, just a simple headstone with the Presidential seal at the top as ordered by President Coolidge upon his death. What struck my family and I the most is the stone does not even state "President of the United States". A simple site for a simple man during a much simpler time.
If you have a few hours and want to see something unique, take the time to visit the nearby President Calvin Coolidge State Historic Site. Here in the tiny hamlet of Plymouth Notch, Vermont, you can witness the only place that a President of the United States was born, grew up, later sworn in as President (while vacationing in Vermont as Vice President), and later buried in the family plot.
Please take the time and effort to replace the cache exactly as you found it or better so all can experience the fun of finding it.
