Theodor Seuss Geisel (1904 – 1991), better known as Dr. Seuss, was a prolific writer of children’s books. At the time of his death, he had written and illustrated 44 books, many of which were translated into more than 15 languages, with over 200 million copies in print around the world. Eleven children's television specials, a Broadway musical, and a feature-length motion picture were based on his works. His honors included two Academy awards, two Emmy awards, a Peabody award, and the Pulitzer Prize.
This puzzle is very simple, a bit silly, and easy to solve. Letters have been added to the end of each of the book titles, with the new meaning substituted in the original title. The number of added letters is in brackets. Find the digital root of the added letters. Ignore punctuation and spaces.
For example;

DUNNIT = 4+21+14+14+9+20 = 82 = 10 = 1
