Geocache Description:

Please do not Block the driveway! Park in the OBVIOUS spot- a large dirt triangle across the street!

The folks who work around here are real heros. They travel around this huge state of ours to protect our lives and property. They put their lives on the line every day. Don't believe me? Watch the video on Youtube. It is here. (visit link) Fortunatly, in this incident everyone survived, and eventually returned to work! The engine was rebuilt, put back in service at another station, and was burned over again! (Again, everyone came out of it fine!)

If the the station is staffed, stealth is required! If the station is not, that means most likely, someone somewhere is in trouble! (In the summer anyway!)

No need to cross any fences or to leave the roadway right-of-way. There is no need to go on to the actuall station grounds, though there is an interesting plaque near the station office that explains the history of the station.

There is ample parking along side the road, or across the street.
