The terrain is easy until you get into the first field, then the grass is a bit long, but ok with sturdy footwear. If you choose the main road then it is easy going.
The first co-ordinates take you to the car park of the grounds of Caldicot Country Park. Caldicot Castle is set in the beautiful grounds of this park with substantial footpaths for wheelchairs and buggies.
If you have time it is nice to do some local caches in the Castle grounds and then follow the footpath through the park to this cache.
Or you could make your way back out onto Church Road, and continue up to the second set of Co-ordinates, which you can either follow the footpaths to the cache, or you can follow the main road(Church rd) and find the cache this way.
Either way is a worth while walk, through some lovely countryside.
On finding the cache depending which way you went, you can carry on, and come back into the country park or turn around and find your way back to the Castle via the main road and enjoy a worth while cup of tea in the tearooms at the Castle.
The cache is a medium size click-lock box, with a geocoin, a few goodies with a pencil & log book.
