Geocache Description:

This is a new park in honor of SAPD Police Officer Edwyn J. Gorrell, killed in 1988 in the line of duty. A sculpture by artist Gilbert E. Barrera is now in the park.

This park is closed between 11 pm and 5 am.
Small cache. Hint has been rid of excess details based on the comments of the last two finds on 2/17/2016. Please feel free to leave positive feedback.
