This cache is a nice easy hike along a trail that goes over some easy, rolling terrain. The locals residents use this trail as a dog walk so there is a defined trail year round. The trail head is located to the east of the bridge. The trail follows the tree line until it turns west towards a second bridge. The trail will take you to within 20 meters of the cache. Following the trail will avoid the water and swamp hazards that a direct approach would encounter.
The small, camoflaged container is able to accomodate small trading items.
Dogleg
The golf term dogleg refers to the direction of an individual golf hole. Many holes are straightaway from the tee box to the green. However, some holes bend, usually near the middle, in one direction or the other. A hole that bends is called a dogleg. If the hole turns to the left, it is called a "dogleg left." If it turns to the right, it is called a "dogleg right." The change of direction of a dogleg usually occurs near the point where a good drive is expected to land.
