Geocache Description:

A puzzle cache, you're on your own ! (Hints may be given
later).

The co-ordinates above have nothing at all to do with the cache position. All you need to know is:-

Once you have solved the puzzle, the obvious parking for the cache is on a small road. The first part of the footpath, which is marked as such, is also a PRIVATE ROAD. Please do not be tempted to drive or cycle along here. The cache is just over 1km from the parking area, and the footpath is clearly marked on the Ordnance Survey Explorer map 136.

***UPDATE 12th August 2008*** This brainteaser is obviously harder than we originally thought, although perfectly solvable as shown by the two die-hardened puzzle cache crackers that have found it so far. To point you in the right direction we have added a picture that may help with the first part and a couple of encrypted hints. There is even a clue in this update, if you can spot it !. Good luck !.
