Geocache Description:

Less than a mile from I-81 at Exit 8 in East Tennessee. Park and grab? You decide!

You're looking for a small red waterproof canister with a log only. The placing of the cache is in the manner of several others that I have found and I think it's a neat way to place one. You should be able to park close by.
