You are looking for a Special Camoed Cache in Sister Cities Park in Shawnee,Oklahoma,USA.
The Sister Cities Council of the City of Shawnee, Oklahoma was organized in 1989. Resolution No. 5541 was adopted by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Shawnee on September 18, 1989, to invite Nikaho, Akita Prefecture, Japan to become partners in a sister city program. On September 28, 1990 then Mayor Norio Tomoe of Nikaho, Japan and Mayor Pierre Taron of Shawnee, Oklahoma signed the agreements.
Nikaho, Japan, a town of 12,400 people, is located in northern Japan on the coast of the Sea of Japan. These two cities share a common bond in TDK Corp. Both cities have carried on a wide range of exchanges and cooperation for there mutual benefit. Among these are economic development, cultural, art, education, sports, science, technology and youth exchange.

*UPDATE* After having to fix the hide location after some vandals broke it's home. Then we have replaced the container 3 times, we have changed it up some. The hide is now way different, so come give it a go..... again.
