Exercise, fitness and caching are a great combination.I hope you will enjoy this cache for those reasons. Park at the Bowman area on Route 2, N 44 21.455 W 071 20.652, walk eastward on the "Rail Trail" and the cache is located about 1.16 miles down the trail. Enjoy the surroundings and the wildlife. I saw a painted turtle, mallards, two land snails crossing and carrying their shells. There are moose tracks, beautiful wildflowers and birds singing.
This is one of my two new caches. I thought it would be fun to have a theme and this theme is the Christmas holiday with Santa, Christmas trees, snow, bells and snowmen. If it's possible, bring a holiday item for exchange, if not, still take an item and leave your exchange, enjoy! The cache is an easy grab just off the rail trail. The container is a plastic snap lock type. There is an assortment of holiday objects in the cache. For the FTF there is a card and lucky NH quarter.
Another possible route can be to enter at the Lowe's Path trailhead N 44 21.823 W 071 19.833. You have to park at Lowe's store and parking is available for a small fee. Follow the path for 0.12 miles and turn left onto the rail trail.
Congratulations: FTF: cooshiker (also 100th find!)
