Jan 24th 2009- Bushes was trimmed and cache was taken. Replaced with a smaller container, no hiding spot for an ammo can for now! When you see the container you just might think it's one of Mummy&Tasty's. It was, but we muggled it...HAHAHA....
Friday and Saturday saw enough moisture in the air to create thunderstorms that caused numerous fires from lightning strikes. 3,000 lightning strikes started 75 fires in the Shasta-Trinity National Forest with more expected. 5 fires are burning in the Whiskeytown National Recreation area. Fires are currently burning all around us. More than 20 smoke-jumpers were sent to fires in more remote regions.
